Were looking for a creative, motivated, and passionate Junior Art Director to join the Creative Services Team in our Winston-Salem, NC headquarters. This is a hybrid position that may require onsite work. Candidates willing & able to commute into Winston-Salem and/or Raleigh, NC or our NYC Design Hub are encouraged to apply.

OVERVIEW
This key role blends commercial awareness, creativity, and an analytical eye, and works collaboratively with multiple teams across the business. Alongside the Creative Director, you will be the gatekeeper of our Brands tone of voice and imagery aesthetic. Youll work with and help direct talented designers to create and curate compelling, visually appealing content thats simple to navigate, consistent, and delivers a seamless user experience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is able to create and present creative concepts to Senior Executives with the ability to articulate vision from both a creative and commercial perspective. This role also supports production mechanicals for packaging, catalogs, iconography, and content creation in support of our HotSox, K.Bell and Loops & Wales eCommerce sites.
