Your Mission




    Maintainstandard operating procedures and best practicestooptimize quality and delivery time across the 3 main channels of Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce.


  • Define information systems requirements to support process improvement initiatives. Integrate the technology, quality, purchasing, and logistics functions to support product and process excellence.


  • Analyze large data sets; identify inefficiencies and make data driven recommendations to improve and optimize processes across the Operations functions.


  • Provide data analysis to drive weekly,monthly,and quarterly business reviewsagainstKPIs.


  • Prepares analysis on production capacity, bottleneck identification and determining opportunities and developing action plans that will achieve results.


  • Supportthe implementation of supply chain processes that align with business strategies, adapt to changing market conditions, and support the company's growth strategy. These may include but are not limited to delivering optimization, cost reduction or overall efficiency measures.


  • Support programs aimed at reducing transportation and warehousing costs


  • Validate and approve scheduling, communicate shipping terms and delivery instructions.


  • Liaise with other internal departments, including Procurement, Customs, I.T. and Finance, as needed to ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation and necessary preparedness to realize timely arrival of supply chain product.


  • Monitor vessel/container sailings and update ERP as needed


  • Ensure timely container delivery tofinal destination.


  • Ensure inventory is fully received in WMS and work withWhseteam as needed






Your Talent




  • 2+years of related supply chain management experience within a retail or wholesale environment preferred


  • Understanding of US imports requirements and origin operations


  • Ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment


  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, self-management,and problem-solving skills


  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerBIis a plus)


  • Strong analyticalaptitude


  • Strong business acumen and motivation to learn new functions and expand areas of expertise


  • Warehouse Management System(WMS)experience preferred


  • Ability to traveldomestically (~3-4 times per year)
