Job Summary

NetApp FDS business unit is seeking a Program Manager for the Transformation & Business Operations team to be responsible for managing multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a change agent and have a background in managing complex projects, organizational and problem-solving skills. This individual will need to be comfortable in driving change in highly-matrixed organizations and a global fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

* The candidate must be self-driven and have experience managing programs and processes to remove barriers to execution.

* Have a passion to improve processes and drive program efficiencies throughout the entire organization.

* Contribute to tasks to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose recommendations / solutions.

* Collaborates with other BU and functional teams to carry out FDSBU goals and objectives.

* Develop appropriate metrics to ensure early and often communication for the status of initiatives.

* Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and expedite communications.

* Implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources.

* Manage portfolio change process across multiple teams within NetAppDetail-oriented but with the ability to look at the overall big picture.

* Lead cross-functional business management system to align w/ organizational KPIs (bookings, margin, cost, pricing strategy, quality, time to market, etc).

* Design & Implement effective management systems to drive efficiency within a given process.

* Driving strategic solutions and projects to enhance NetApp's offerings.

Qualifications:

* Strong leadership and analytical skills in combination with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to lead and work with diverse teams worldwide

* Ability to affect change at an executive level

* Comfortable in a highly matrix organization with a proven track record of success in cross-functional, global environment

* More than 8 years' experience within program, project and/or PMO team preferably working on cross-functional programs.

* Experience with IT solutions, Enterprise products and solutions, Data Center is a plus.

Education

* BS or MS Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or a related field - Master's Degree Preferred.
