The KLA recruiting team is seeking a results-oriented Sourcer Leader with a passion for identifying and engaging top talent. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sourcers, building and encouraging talent pipelines for our hiring needs and being instrumental in our ability to scale our business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading a team, is data-savvy with deep insight and understanding of how to analyze and influence recruiting outcomes through data. You will also need to demonstrate driving consultative relationships and communication with cross-functional partners at all levels. We're seeking a truly dynamic leader, who brings motivation, curiosity, humility and perseverance to our tight knit team. Demonstrate your existing standard methodologies tool kit and continue to build new recruitment strategies to amplify KLA's acquisition of talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead and develop a team of Sourcers and source for specialized positions


  • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand requirements of the role, function and how it fits into the organization


  • Partner with hiring groups to build effective sourcing strategies and effectively balance customer expectations


  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns


  • Use creative sourcing techniques to find and engage great talent


  • Conduct internet publication and patent searches for prospective passive candidates


  • Make phone calls into target companies to generate prospective candidates


  • Build projects in LinkedIn to and use other internet tools like job boards, niche sites, and social media to identify people Drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams to ensure a great experience


  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview conversion ratios


  • Source, screen, interview and develop an ideal candidate slate within agreed service level agreements


  • Set benchmarks, forecast and track against SLA metrics, while continuously prioritizing


  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to figure out fit


  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of standard methodologies in interviewing techniques, using internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings


  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal partners


  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas


QUALIFICATIONS


  • 3 + years of corporate and/or agency sourcing


  • 2 - 3+ years of leading a team of professionals


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


  • Strongly prefer previous experience sourcing for engineers and technical professionals


  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand new technologies quickly


  • Must demonstrate solid team orientation, customer focus, passion for recruiting, and the ability to thrive in a high-demand, results-oriented culture


  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers


  • Experience generating passive candidate developing pipelines and building networks within targeted communities


  • Demonstrable track record of utilizing key social networks for candidate generation


  • Solid understanding of data and how to use it to influence strategies to drive and influence decisions with hiring leaders


  • Demonstrated initiative Ability to prioritize and organize work volume to meet hiring team demands


  • Ability to change directions quickly and to in a fast- paced environment


  • CRM/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and handling candidates


  • MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook


Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree with minimum related work experience of 3 years OR Bachelor's Level Degree with minimum related work experience of 5 years OR Equivalent Work Experience
