MANAGER, RUN/TRAIN BU MARKETING - RUNNING AND ATHLETE ACTIVATIONS

Your Mission




    Drive athlete/team marketing planning and strategy, includingliasingwith channels to bring plans to life -(i.e.brief social/commercial teams on overall needs) and owning theconnection to sports marketing to convey key timing, dates, races to allow for planning and reactive content plans


  • Own events planning and strategyfor RUN PUMA.


  • Oversee local event guidance and signings


  • Executeevent guidelines and oversee consistency of execution locally


  • Supportand/or possiblylead 'global' events


  • Workwith channels to bring plans to life


  • General support for RUN PUMA activations--- keyinitiative launchesorguerrilla activities aroundkey products/moments


  • Work in tandem withSports Marketing, Sr. Manager RT BU Marketingand RT socialmedia team






Your Talent




  • Authentic connection to athlete community and running world (i.e.former athlete or similar)


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field


  • 5-7years' experience in Marketing role or proven related experience within an international environment


  • Previous brand marketing experience necessary - at an agency or in-house, previous retail experience a plus


  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft excel, power point and word are necessary


  • Excellent quantitative and organization skills


  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization


  • Strong knowledge of and passion for the sports marketplace


  • Proven ability to work independently and multi-task in a matrix organization


  • Travel required up to 10% domestic/international
