The STEMI Program and CV Quality Coordinator is a registered nurse who has a dual responsibility in the oversight of the STEMI program as well as cardiovascular quality initiatives. There is a responsibility for the organization and certification of the STEMI program at Truman Medical Center to meet state and national standards and/or regulations for the appropriate level STEMI center. There is a responsibility for quality oversight and outcome management of selected performance improvement projects for the service line.
Minimum of (5) years Cardiology experience, with an additional (2) two
years performance improvement experience.
Licensed as a registered professional nurse in the State of Missouri (if applicable).
2 years of project/program management experience in Cardiovascular Care.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Able to collect
and analyze data to plan and implement plans of action.
