The May Center for ABA Services in Wilmington, Massachusettsis currently seeking a compassionate and dedicatedDirect Behavior Therapistor Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).In this position you will work directly with children between the ages of 1 and 6 who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or a related developmental disability.You will be trained to provide state-of-the-art instruction based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Instruction will be individualized to the child and designed to increase social, communication, and play skills and decrease behavior problems.This instruction will occur at our Randolph Center for ABA Services and/or the child's home setting. You willreceive supervision from an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide ongoing training, feedback, and support.
