SUMMARY

Responsible for communicating, performing, and supporting vendors, clients, and team members on projects focused on employer technology. Focuses on utilizing industry or practitioner experience and technology knowledge to assist clients address their needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manages all client-required services and maintains client relationships.

  • Provides consultative expertise regarding vendors, their solutions, and integration possibilities between technologies.

  • Collaborates with team members to match the client's technology needs to the best solution.

  • Maintains applicable knowledge of technology solutions and market alternatives to address client opportunities.

  • Serves as a technical expert assisting clients to resolve their technology issues.

  • Provides analysis and recommendations concerning client's technology usage.

  • Delivers support to vendors and clients on their use of tools and technologies.

  • Supports team members by collaborating on sections of a project.

  • Handles multiple and concurrent projects, priorities, and tasks.

  • Assists clients in streamlining or re-engineering processes to utilize new technologies.

  • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).

  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

At least ten (10) years of related work experience

Experience with HR and Benefits outsourcing vendors on evaluating, selecting, & implementing technology solutions preferred

Project Management Certification and/or Industry Certification (CEBS, SPHR, SHRM, APA) preferred

SKILLS

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of Payroll, HR, and Benefits procedures, business protocol and practices, web-based software applications, and systems integration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving and time management skills

Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to lead a team and to foster teamwork

Ability to travel up to 35%
