Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking a Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst to join our growing team of diverse professionals in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities include:
Estimate at Completion (EAC) preparation and analysis.
Treasury/cash flow forecasting
Indirect rate formulation/analysis
Prepares intercompany work order (IWO) request form, establishes and revises IWO as needed
Projects cost structure set-up and management; adherence to company policies, procedures and internal controls; and special projects as assigned
Independently performs complex assignments with only oversight from Business Manager
Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
Prepares budgets and schedule for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines
Effectively and clearly presents technical approaches and findings
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or an Accounting discipline with a minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience; Master's degree with a minimum of 1 years of financial analysis experience
4. Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
5. Ability to be able to work on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
6. Ability to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications
1. Excellent analytical skills and ability to multitask are significant advantages
2. Proposal preparation and submittal for multi-million dollar programs
3. Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
