Senior Project Manager - Retirement Services

In the role of Senior Project Manager - Retirement Services, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your leadership and industry proficiency across different teams and roles, including production support, SDLC projects, budgets, and client relationships. You will be required to contribute in activities related to project planning, project management, day-to-day support of multiple products, team leadership, and client relationship building with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in relevant technology domain within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Location for this position is ATLANTA, GA
Travel as per business requirements

Summary of responsibilities:

a. Lead multiple teams, including client implementation and work order project teams, production support team, and project management
b. Help to manage projects, working closely with SMEs/Architects, Project Managers and stake holders to ensure successful delivery
c. Engage in overall client satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships with the goal of year-over-year improvement in client satisfaction
d. Engage in employee satisfaction with the goal of year-over-year improvement
e. Define and track Key Performance Indicators and actively manage Cost, Schedule and Scope for each project and team
f. Effectively manage team allocations and productivity
g. Manage overall profitability of the group

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 12 years of relevant work experience on the job description

Preferred

• At least 12 years of experience in retirement plan administration or technology (401(k), 403(b), 409A, etc)
• At least 5 years of experience in retirement plan recordkeeping technology
• Good Planning and People Management skills including Client and Team management
• Delivering with near-shore and off-shore teams
• Communication Skills - written and verbal
• Analytical skills
