Job Description: This position is located in our Yadkinville, NC Facility.
We are looking to recruit a responsible candidate to manage the daily operations of the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, shipping, receiving and warehousing.
Coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
Develop and control profits, plans and budgets.
Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, labor, wages, and salaries.
Manage capital asset maintenance.
Establish and monitor plant performance for production and quality standards. Develop strategies to increase productivity.
Control and minimize labor overtime and repair expenses.
Provide leadership and training to accomplish B&G Foods’ objectives.
Provide direction, development and leadership to team; mentor.
Champion Safety (with strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures). Ensure all unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions are addressed to completion.
Ensures food safety/quality polices are followed, to report all food safety/quality problems out of his/her realm of responsibility to personnel with the authority to initiate action.
Responsible to make sure a good safe wholesome product is produced safely.
Ensure all compliances are met and all legal requirements, company policies and local/state health and safety regulations are met.

Experience, Skills, Education:
3-5 Years’ Experience in Management/Leadership Role Required
Bachelor’s Degree Required; Business Management, or related field, Preferred
Food Manufacturing Experience Preferred
OSHA & Food Safety Training Required
Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Required
Strong Managerial, Team Building & Leadership Skills
Effective Communication Skills
Demonstrated Organizational Skills
Excellent Decision Making & Conflict Resolution Skills
Able to Analyze Problems and Strategize for Solutions
Ability to Multitask, Prioritize & Manage Time Efficiently
