Location: WOLFEBORO, New Hampshire
Under the general supervision of the Controller, the Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the bi-weekly processing of payroll for all companies. This includes the quarterly tax filings, year-end tax filings as well as liability account reconciliations to verify withholdings and payments are being processed accurately.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.

2 W2 Processing
i. Timeliness of W2 distribution
1 Proper Etiquette when handling employee relations
2 Timeliness of pay
3 Processing of terminations, earned time pay out, unique circumstances, etc.
1 System Maintenance - updating records
2 Troubleshooting technical difficulties
3 Coordinating training
1 Quarterly Taxes
2 Other Misc. Quarterly Reporting
i. State taxes
ii. SoNH Unemployment Reporting
3 General requests for cost report and 990
4 Updating FTE statistics
1 Processing of expense reimbursements
2 Performing payroll liability account reconciliations
3 Biweekly processing of accounts payable on non-payroll weeks based on employee availability
4 Running FTE reports for the Financial Analyst to populate Huggin's productivity assessment tool
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: a Minimum of 5-7 years of payroll experience
