Representative, Customer Service at LCI

Job Description:

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Processing incoming orders for the department and respond to customer requests and/or complaints.

  • Maintaining customer database ensuring information is current.

  • Track and issue credits for customer returns.

  • Promote website to potential customers calling in.

  • Research web for descriptions and photos or products we sell.

  • Assist the team with projects.

  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

High School graduate with additional training in computer science or one year equivalent work experience. Two years experience in a related field, preferably within a retail, customer service, or office environment.  Have interpersonal skills in dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, company divisions, co-workers and management. Demonstrated website navigation skills, Familiar with organizing an Outlook inbox. Experience creating and organizing excel spreadsheets
