Schaeffler, a global automotive and industrial supplier, is seeking a Program Manager II for our Wooster, Ohio location. This role is responsible to is responsible for being the lead technical interface between Schaeffler and the customer and is held accountable for ensuring profitability, timing, and performance of projects as well as mentoring junior Program Managers.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading and coordinating the technical components for all subsystem development within a project
• Functioning as a key contact for the customer

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
• Minimum 10 years of automotive product development experience desired
• Excellent engineering & physics knowledge
• Must possess strong communication and presentation skills
• Must have a meticulous attention to detail and a continuous improvement focus
• Assertive approach to solve problems
• Ability to influence and guide while being open to feedback
• Results oriented, self-motivated, and organized work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
