A Role You Will Love
The Project Manager for Talent, Learning & Development (TL&D) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing project related tasks by interfacing with Computershare's internal clients and operational units. The Project Manager leads the project and ensures that the expectations of our clients are met by developing comprehensive training plans to increase the overall effectiveness of the organization. The Project Manager must be knowledgeable of TL&D processes, possess the ability to discuss best practices, and manage multiple projects at a given time.
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions


  • Manage multiple projects for the Operational and Technical training team through proper planning and execution including oversight of complex global partnership deliverables
  • Coach junior team members and global partners to design, develop, implement, and evaluate innovative, creative, cost-effective performance solutions or workshops to maximize employee performance
  • Analyze needs and collaborate to implement performance improvement solutions; consult with subject matter experts to research, document, and validate content
  • Design and deliver all training programs in accordance with corporate training policies and procedures
  • Analyze employee feedback and performance data to measure, identify and eliminate performance gaps

Education and Experience
BA/BS, 3-5 years project management experience, plus 7-10 years' experience in the T&D field or a combination of these:

  • Broad knowledge of all aspects of the learning function; in-depth knowledge of core business functions, ability to plan work, manage projects and staff, management and leadership skills, and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Encourages a learning culture, communicates value of learning
  • Ability and savvy to influence, motivate and educate managers, peers, stakeholders
  • Works effectively in a global arena
  • Knowledge and/or experience of project management techniques and tools
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

  • Preferred candidate will possess the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certificated Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and/or Certified Project Management Professional, or other reputable certifications.
Language Ability
Ability to read/analyze/interpret journals/financial reports/legal documents; respond to inquiries/complaints from customers/reg. agencies/ community; write speeches/articles for publication; present info to top: mgmt/public groups/ boards of directors.
Mathematical Ability
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations; and apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test.
