Summary

This position is involved with the day to day activity across the DIRECTV and U-verse Linear platforms. It reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Systems Integrations and supports the end users of the DealMaker and WideOrbit applications.  

 

You Will

  • Support over 100 + users
  • Manage 7 application environments
  • Manage/troubleshoot system issues (DealMaker/WideOrbit/Audience Engine)
    • Issue system resolution to end users
    • Escalate critical issues to vendors
  • QA Strategy and Execution
    • Release Management
      • Heavily involved with application and integration testing as it relates to new functionality and bug fixes
      • Roll out new system functionality to end users
  • Process Strategy & Execution
    • Define and document requirements for potential system enhancements
    • Communicate Roadmap priorities to vendors
    • Help develop and roll out product feature documentation and training materials. Assist in go-to-market efforts to drive successful adoption and usage  
  • Engage with key business stakeholders across the Planning, Inventory, Traffic and Finance teams to execute new and existing business initiatives
  • Metric Analysis to measure the health and effectiveness of our products  

You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Advertising preferred (i.e. Television, Digital)
  • Experience working directly with linear and/or digital sales order management systems a plus
  • Ability to define and document business processes and workflows  
  • Strong skills in strategic problem solving  
  • Excellent skills in project management, change management, and promoting user adoption  
  • Ability to partner with various teams both technical and non-technical  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
