The Manager of Financial Reportings responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: preparation of all SEC filings on Form 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K, proxy statement, Section 16 filings, XBRL compliance, and any other filings as deemed necessary. In addition, this position will be involved in reviewing, assessing, and documenting new accounting standards; writing technical accounting memos; assisting in implementation of new accounting standards; debt covenant compliance reporting; assisting in the accounting and maintenance of the Companys stock plans; assisting in the preparation of income tax provisions and providing requests for income tax return compliance; and maintaining strong system of internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, including providing requests to auditors as requested. This position will also assist with acquisition due diligence and any accounting and financial reporting matters associated with future acquisitions or divestitures, including purchase the necessary purchase accounting. The position will provide auditor assistance with quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Job Specifications
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with above job functions
Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge and application of GAAP standards (revenue recognition, income taxes, segments, business combinations, stock compensation, leases)
Experience preparing financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC standards (XBRL compliance), proxy statements and Section 16 compliance for officers and directors
Income tax provision accounting and tax compliance
Advanced Excel skills and other data analytic skills will be crucial to this job
Experience with accounting software, tax provisions, financial reports
