Job Description

The Bountiful Company's Human ResourceOrganization is continuing to evolve into a strategically aligned HR team - with key support from our Centers of Excellence. We are seeking an HR professional who can help lead our transformation to a high performing team within a values-based culture. The HR Business Partner will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and day-to-day activities, includingon boarding, file management, wellness initiatives, corporate responsibility initiatives, site volunteer initiatives, HR initiatives, associate relations/engagement, recruitment support, performance management, team development, benefits/payroll/compensation functionality, and helping leaders understand and administer company's policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Support implementation and sustainment of the company's Supply Chain vision via organizational development action plans

  • Prepare and maintain reports that provide data to support HR KPIs and other related initiatives

  • Advise management in areas of employment law, policies and regulations

  • Navigate ambiguous/complex/sensitive issues and promote conflict resolution

  • Conduct investigations and appropriately document employee relations issues regarding employment practices

  • Represent the Company in worker's compensationand unemployment insurance claims

  • Collaborate on the sourcing and recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions

  • Support performance management process by fully communicating information and providing training, coordination and follow up when necessary

  • Direct and maintain various activities designed to promote and maintain a high level of employee morale

  • Ensure compliance of state and federal regulations related to employment such as FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA

  • Gain trust by maintaining confidential information and level of professionalism while minimizing company risk

  • Contribute to overall achievement by accomplishing related tasks and demonstrating characteristics that exemplify team building and support

  • Promote a diverse culture of inclusion and engagement

  • Coordinates and attends recruiting initiatives to develop diverse talent pool

  • Manage all site volunteer initiatives to ensure the site supports corporate responsibility initiatives

  • Serve as a resource to the site leader, mangers, team leaders and Associates; provide guidance and coaching to the site leadership team in all HR systems, processes, applicable laws and policies.





Job Requirements



  • 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience required

  • HR experience within a Manufacturing/CPG organization preferred

  • Experience with High Performance Work Systems, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing a plus

  • Experience working in a Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience; PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus

  • Must possess stronginterpersonal and conflict resolution skills to help build relationships

  • Must have the ability to manage daily tasks and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Communicates effectively with Team Leaders and Peers

  • Maintains an internal and external customer focus

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Ensures tasks are completed within set deadlines

  • Effectively multitasks and consistently tracks the progress of ongoing initiatives

  • Identifies issues and opportunities, prioritizes and successfully implements them

  • Uses skills and processes to arrive at sound decisions and solutions
