We are looking for Direct Care Professionals to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in one of our many residential or day habilitation programs. The Assistant Program Coordinator provides individuals with developmental disabilities, in a
community-residential program, with support services designed to promote the self-determination, independence, productivity, integration and inclusion in the community life of the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities to include,but not limited to:


  • Participating in the development of ISP objectives
    and documenting consumer progress.

  • Assisting individuals in meeting their personal care
    and nutritional needs.

  • Developing skills and community integration, which
    includes transport of consumers into the community and to regularly
    scheduled appointments.

  • Executing behavioral interventions when needed.

  • Dispensing medications to consumers.

  • Documentation of daily activities and incidents.

  • Ensuring training and behavior program execution and
    documentation is completed.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED required, some college
    preferred.

  • Previous behavioral experience preferred.

  • Previous human services experience preferred.

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

  • Valid driver's license and at least 2 years driving required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
