Concierge Sales Representative

Overview of the Customer Care Rep-Outbound

The Customer Care Outbound Representatives will support outreach efforts with DS Services customers to offer and provide solutions to common service-related problems before customers contact us. The purpose of the team is decrease or eliminate efforts from customers as they enjoy our products and service, and in the process, reduce the number of calls coming into our customer care center.

Responsibilities

• Engage the customer base through targeted outbound calling efforts with the purpose of proactively offering solutions to commonly found issues that create effort for customers.


• Follow up on customer accounts, beyond the initial contact, to ensure that all the customer's expectations are met.


• Handling inbound customer care calls.


• Provide feedback to the management team on opportunities to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) five years with a stable work history.


• One year of customer service experience in a call center environment.


• Experience supporting outbound/outreach efforts in a contact center environment.
