Job Description:

UPS is seeking a GBS IT intern to join our team. If you're looking for real-world, hands-on business experience, we want to hear from you! The goal of the intern project is to automate and improve existing validation, reporting, and distribution processes that are currently performed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Automates validation processes performed in Excel and Access
• Streamlines and automates report generation in Excel and Access

Knowledge and Skills

• Rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months in Business and/or Computer Science
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced experience with Excel
• Advanced experience with Access
• Experience using SharePoint
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
