The successful candidate will support microcircuit New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives through a variety of responsibilities including process research and development, manufacturing, process integration and programming. They will have transferrable background in manufacturing and fast paced production. Must demonstrate results achieved through strong analytical research and experimentation.

Responsibilities may include

• Investigate new interconnect materials for high frequency applications and multi-chip heterogeneous integration


• Enable emerging next generation 6G products by developing and implementing novel manufacturable solutions


• Influence microcircuit design by conducting Dfx reviews


• Create automated assembly programs for epoxy dispense, pick and place, and bonding machines


• Write and maintain procedure documentation


• As a technical leader, communicate with R&D and Manufacturing partners in the US and worldwide


• Partner with mechanical and electronic designers, process and integration engineers, technicians and customers across functions to meet project deliverables


• Lead manufacturing experiments; interpret, analyze, and report results


• Train other engineers and technicians in area of expertise


• Develop code for efficient data analysis

Job Qualifications

New College Grad with MS (or BS) in Engineering: Mechanical, Materials, Mechatronics or related fields. Knowledge of electrical engineering, chemistry and computer science is a plus.

• Transferrable academic and professional experience in manufacturing and R&D.


• Research and development experience in new technology introduction.


• Strong initiative and follow-through


• Demonstrated leadership and accountability


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong hands-on approach
