Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Manages and develops direct report(s).

  • Manages the day to day activities of the PD team based on priorities set by the Team Lead.

  • Acts as a knowledge sharing hub/conduit for information and owns communication of development with cross-functional partners (PD, Design, Merchandising, Materials, Production, Sample Room, and overseas' teams).


  • Builds relationships with internal and external partners that facilitate synergy and collaboration.

  • Partners with Materials Management teams to ensure materials are in work and on track for milestone deliverables.

  • Manages product sampling and review with a focus on Design's intent, updates, standards, execution and overall consistency of information.

  • Supports Team Lead to drive timely product approval from early development thru commercialization per the Product Development Timeline.

  • Manages Production Revision Notices in partnership with Production team to ensure timely approval and minimal liabilities.

  • Manages and drives all costing related milestones from early development to production.

  • Collaborates with global partners to align and execute product aesthetic, details and trouble shoot QA issues.

  • Travels as needed.
