Accounting Major to assist with various projects and duties in the financial
accounting and reporting area of abanking institution with assets of $5.9
billion at June 30, 2021.
The selected candidate will work with accounting professionals utilizing
various accounting / reporting systems, as well as Microsoft Excel /
Word.This opportunity requires solid accounting knowledge, proficient
technology / computer skills, excellent organizational skills and strong
language / communication skills.
This position offers flexibility to work remotely with some
on-site work at The Washington Trust Company's Main Office in the Financial
Administration department. The physical address of this location is 23
Broad Street, Westerly, RI.
Summer internship hours are flexible from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with reduced hours
available during the school year.
