Expectations

Must be proactive, self-directed, highly motivated, and possess organizational skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and time management to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Position will be provided with parameters but not explicit instructions and instrumental in devising solutions.   • Monitors and reports on financial and operational key performance Identifies, designs, and implements asset-level improvements. Responsible for coordinating cross- collaborative projects and initiatives to support increased effectiveness.

  • Gathers, compiles, investigates, and analyzes market data to identify potential value add and ESG opportunities at the asset level and for the portfolio including creation of detailed proposals and ongoing financial reporting.

  • Helps design and prepare materials and deliverables for presentation to internal committees and other

  • Plans, designs, and executes multiple operations and maintenance projects, from conception to completion, to meet program requirements, budget, and time restraints.

  • Ensures quality and compliance in operations and maintenance policies and

  • Collaborates on and reviews value add, capital projects, and acquisition capital with project managers, regional directors, and community leaders.

  • Supports Project Managers in maintaining effective contract management, including writing, issuing, and documenting project contracts.

  • Collaborates with accounting, operations, and project managers to ensure vendor compliance and purchasing and job cost

  • Assists Asset Management in annual budget review process, reforecasting upon

  • Supports Asset Management and operations with revenue management strategies and

  • Prepares internal and external reports pertaining to project status and ensures the successful execution of projects within project

  • Plans ahead to prevent problems and resolves problems that do

  • Responsible for supporting ESG committee, goals, and reporting including publishing of annual ESG

  • Supports asset due diligence and acquisition and disposition activities, including cross- collaboration with all departments and external stakeholders.

  • Becomes familiar with and abides by all company policies, procedures, and individual community policies, including but not limited to all Fair Housing Laws.

  • Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as

  • Contributes to and supports a variety of operations, asset management, and facilities initiatives as

  • Ensures financial data accuracy, integrity, and consistency of information as well as documentation of results.

Qualifications


  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or Minimum 4-6 years related project management or analyst experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education required.

  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret lease documents and vendor contracts. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedural manuals, and the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of the

    • Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and

    • Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule

    • Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual must have moderate Word processing skills, with the ability to work efficiently in Microsoft Outlook and adept at learning new software programs. Advanced ability in Spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel) is required. Team member will be expected to design professional spreadsheets, evaluate the validity of data, and design/use formulas, pivot tables, tables, charts, and other advanced functions.
