The successful candidate will not only be responsible for the master data set of the company but generating reports and correcting any data issues and problems that may arise. Effectively manage projects and support sales team in their efforts to grow sales revenue. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support. Maintain account management functions to achieve business goals

Ideal candidate will reside in the Dallas, TX area, but can sit in other areas of the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends, review past sales data to determine trends in productivity


• Review & Recommend Stock assortment via SKU rationalization & Inventory Stock to Sales


• Create & manage project tracker with heavy communication


• Present actionable information and insights to team members and management


• Create professional presentations and be able to present


• Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively


• Collaborate with team members and members of other departments


• Assists in designing promotional materials


• Leads informational sessions for staff to explain sales trends and new marketing strategies


• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

• Three years proven direct sales experience in the Retail industry. General knowledge of major competitive brands.


• Strong communication skills.


• Experience with sales planning, budgeting and T&E expense management.


• Understanding Retail Merchandising & Inventory and able to understand consumers point of view.


• Building relationship with customers.

Skills/Abilities:

• Able to create Pivot Tables & simple formulas in Excel & able to create PowerPoint presentations.


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.


• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.


• Solid time management skills.


• Adept at prioritizing multiple responsibilities.


• Interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.


• Strong personal motivation & analytical thinker.

Other: Position requires heavy travel (50%+) overnights a must
