primary purpose: provide daily administrative support to multiple leaders and identify solutions that will support the team.

the successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...


  • provide daily administrative support to multiple leaders including answering phones and managing calendars

  • manage expenses, reconciling corporate card expenses and ensuring they remain within the corporate T&E policy

  • track out of office dates for team (including paid time off, business travel and meetings at outside office locations)

  • coordinate team meetings booking conference rooms and setting up video conferences when needed

  • coordinate team gatherings, reserving space and ordering supplies when needed.

  • develop strong relationships with internal Administrative peer group to facilitate and schedule meetings

  • make travel arrangements for executives and any relevant business partners including domestic and international itineraries

  • act as a point of contact for the team as well as internal partners to ensure questions are answered and requests are addressed

  • 1+ years' experience in a fast paced environment

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint)

  • experience with Outlook, Zoom, and Concur
