Maintenance Mechanic at High Concrete Group, LLC

If you're looking for a career that offers innovation and values its co-workers then join our growing team at our Denver, PA facility.  We are currently seeking an industrial maintenance mechanic to join our team! Ideal candidates will be able to work 2nd shift, Monday - Friday from 4:00 pm - 12:30 pm. or 3rd shift starting at 11:00PM-7:30AM.


This position starts at $21.00 per hour and up based on work experience. In addition a shift differential of $3.00 per hour will be paid for any hours worked between 5 pm and 5 am. 


The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical and electrical duties. Candidates should be doing machine installation, repairs, and troubleshooting.


Daily Responsibilities:



  • Cleans, inspects, makes adjustments, and performs other preventative maintenance tasks as required or scheduled.

  • Responds to emergency equipment breakdowns and makes necessary repairs in a timely manner.

  • Commits to the continuous improvement process and serves as a role model.

  • Has an extensive knowledge of equipment operation and is able to read and understand equipment literature.

  • Troubleshoots to determine cause of machine/equipment malfunction. Performs repairs and fabricates equipment components as required.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:



  • A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED)

  • 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, required

  • Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills

  • Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical preferred

  • Welding experience, preferred 

  • Previous experience working with a concrete batching facility a plus
