The Assistant Costing Manager is a flexible contributor with an ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with a variety of people across the business. The position will manage apparel and accessory product costing from brief stage through to production approval. An excellent candidate for this role is responsive and solution-oriented, with an ability to anticipate costing issues and be proactive in solving cost challenges.
Your Impact The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing the costing process from brief stage through final prototyping and samples
Facilitating communication and collaboration with key stakeholders during development to drive accurate decision-making
Providing pre-costing support to cross-functional partners each season
Ensuring projects meet the brand and consumer needs while achieving target margins
Striving for continuous improvement in all areas of product creation as it relates to costing

We’d love to hear from people with
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years relevant work experience
3-5 years of product costing experience required in apparel/accessories
Knowledge of product construction, materials, and design applications
Ability to read/understand tech packs
Proficient in MS Office and Product Data Management Systems (FLEX or other)
