Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc in Olathe, Kansas is seeking to hire a detail-oriented Administrator with billing experience to join our team! This individual will learn to perform high volume billing functions and administrative tasks. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role will learn billing in our existing ERP system and will join our implementation team for a new ERP system (IFS). 


Job Responsibilities:



  • Responsible to learn the process of verifying and processing daily invoices

  • Provide administrative support as requested

  • Receive daily job tickets, check tickets for description of work completed, extra parts used on the job, and required paperwork

  • Learn all job labor, costed and billed correctly on each job ticket

  • Audit job costs entered in the billing system

  • Understand production goals and month end processing requirements

 Job Requirements:



  • Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills

  • Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills

  • Three (3) year office experience
