Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Estimator for our Central Estimating Team in Olathe, Kansas. We are looking for an individual that is project oriented, has a knack for numbers, has strong Excel skills. If you have estimating or a project related background please apply!


Job Responsibilities:



  • Review drawings and specifications to determine amounts and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project

  • Determine time frame needed to complete project

  • Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity

  • Review work with Project Manager of products used

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion

  • Other duties may be assigned

 Job Requirements: 



  • Mechanically and Mathematically inclined - innately good with numbers

  • On the job training is available for those with strong attributes

  • Proven experience in a fast paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
