Job Summary:
The IT Technician provides general user support and hardware maintenance of workstations and related peripherals as well as to assist with configuration and support of IT systems. This position provides support to remote and on-site users.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualifications (Experience and Education)
Level I IT Technician I |
·Associates degree, preferred. ·Relevant IT Certification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, etc), preferred. ·0-3 years’ experience in a corporate IT environment (Desktop services, network services, and/or server/storage services), required. ·Basic knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, required. ·A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. |
Level II IT Technician II |
·Associates degree, preferred. ·Relevant IT Certification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, etc), preferred. ·3-5 years’ experience in a corporate IT environment (Desktop services, network services, and/or server/storage services), required. ·Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory (Required). ·A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. |
Level III IT Technician III |
·Associates degree or relevant IT Certification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, etc), required. ·5-7 years’ experience in a corporate IT environment (Desktop services, network services, and/or server/storage services), required. ·Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory (Required). ·A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. |
Level IV IT Technician IV |
·Associates degree or relevant IT Certification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, etc), required. ·7+ years’ experience in a corporate IT environment (Desktop services, network services, and/or server/storage services), required. ·Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory (Required). ·A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. |
