Essential Job Functions:
Greets all customers
Assess vehicle damage and repair needs
Create timely and accurate repair cost estimates
Write estimate reports and submit reports to the insurance company
Orders Parts for repair orders coming into the body shop
Maintain the proper documentation and communication with the customer and insurance company.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Qualifications/Skills:
Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility, including relevant software programs
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred but not required
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Strong attention to detail
Ability to write and complete estimates accurately
Knowledge of DRP guidelines
Excellent communication skills
Sales experience a plus
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment
Be a reliable team player
Clean driving record, background screen and drug test
