Your role:        Building Engineering / Building Maintenance

Your purpose:

To operate and maintain all building equipment and systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related equipment.


• Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services under minimal supervisions


• Supervise maintenance work as needed


• complete work orders for service call requests by tenants


• Perform daily inspections of all building systems


• Respond to tenant complaints/request and follow up on ongoing problems


• Monitor and replace light fixtures as needed


• Maintain supply inventory


• Provide information for budget preparation

Your experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required


• Series 7, 63 preferred


• 0-3 years previous work experience, preferably in the financial services industry


• Sales success with financial services


• Solid verbal communication and presentation skills


• Adept at profiling financial advisors closing business


• Demonstrates initiative and integrity
