JOB DESCRIPTION RH is seeking a Swatch and Pillow Associate who will sew and assemble swatches in selection of fabrics and leathers during the design process. They will also pack throw pillows for shipments after production in our manufacturing facility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate a serge sewing machine to sew edges of the swatch
Assemble the swatch on pre-printed cardstock
Label and package swatches and throw pillows for shipping
OUR REQUIREMENTS
6+ months experience operating a serge or overlock sewing machine
Read and understand product specifications and accurately count required production amounts
Excellent communication with clients, associates, and fellow Leaders
Ability to work independently
Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism
Effectively manage multiple projects and complete tasks in a timely manner
Detail-oriented and uphold brand integrity
Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms

Ability to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
WORK ENVIRONMENT
