Job Description:

You are a hunter by nature and thrive on finding the “needle in the haystack.” You have a strong sense of urgency and understand how to manage multiple high priority roles. You are a sharp listener and quick learner when it comes to understanding the needs of your clients. Collaboration comes naturally to you and you enjoy working with different personalities and various leadership styles. While you enjoy working on a team, you are very successful working independently as well.

Develop, manage and implement the sales recruitment process supporting Inmar’s sales teams across all Inmar organizations. The Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in bringing on top sales talent in the areas of digital media, supply chain, and healthcare.

Primary Accountabilities:

Operational (60%)


  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for all sales positions including sourcing, screening, and interviewing as needed (full desk recruiting)

  • Develop and grow a pool of strong passive sales candidates

  • Utilize a marketing approach to assist with the development and maintenance of active and passive job applicant pools by studying current and projected job needs and qualifications; identify and qualify sources; research, target, and cold-call potential candidates; manage resumes, maintain data integrity, match and track skill sets to positions

  • Contribute to the development of a pipeline of top talent for critical roles, to minimize the use of external recruiters

  • Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and Inmar employees

  • Assist with reporting and metrics for sales recruiting efforts and hiring activities, such as, time to fill, quality of applicants, quality of hires and hiring costs

  • Understand the numbers within each stage of the candidate lifecycle and what it takes to move the candidate through to offer

Strategic (20%)


  • Understand the numbers within each stage of the candidate lifecycle and what it takes to move the candidate through to offer

  • Stay abreast of Inmar’s products/solutions and understand overall solutions

  • Research and understand Inmar competitors and the industry landscape

  • Work directly with human resource business partners and their hiring managers to understand requirements and assure coverage on requisitions

  • Research and recommend alternate sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; develop and execute candidate nurturing program of passive candidates

  • Assist in the management of the relationship with third-party vendors

  • Balance time to fill with quality of hires stats

Administrative (20%)


  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)

  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross-functional projects

  • Ensure all documented approvals are in place prior to confirming any offers of employment

  • Attend various career fairs as needed

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • A minimum of 3-5 years related work experience sourcing for sales roles and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.

  • Beginner level knowledge of Workday

  • Advanced knowledge of social media recruitment tools, like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat

  • Advanced knowledge of how to navigate and use job boards, like Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
