Job Responsibilities
Support CSBG's aggressive growth objectives by providing the critical Delta Bill of Material (Delta BOM) generation that enables delivery of high quality Reliant Refurbished Systems and Upgrades to our customers. You will be a key member of the CSBG Reliant Systems team by performing Configuration Engineering to create and manage the BOMs required to meet customer requirements for refurbished Lam Alliance etch, 2300 etch and Concept 2 Deposition products. You will also assist in analysis request for 2300 and Legacy Deposition upgrade teams.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Create Delta BOMs to achieve customers configuration from a starting configuration/s
• Manage the Delta BOMs though out the manufacturing process for refurbished products
• Work with manufacturing to improve efficiencies, and capabilities of each manufacturing site
• Work to reduce quality errors and costs in delta BOMs
• Support ongoing maintenance of the Reliant Delta BOM Automation
• Support continuous improvement activities for Reliant Delta BOM Automation
• Create systems, processes, and document procedures to help support aggressive growth objectives of the Reliant group
• Support Product Management with Delta BOM analysis for complex upgrades not yet in SAP Product Oriented Architecture (POA) and Variant Configurator (VC)
• Support Product Management with Delta BOM validation of newly released upgrades BOMs in SAP POA/VC

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Engineering - Electrical or Mechanical
• 10 years of experience assembling, or repairing, and/or upgrading semiconductor equipment
• Equipment Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer

Preferred Qualifications

• Great communication skills (Oral and written)
• Great documentation skills. (Writing procedures to document existing or new processes)
• Good MS Excel user skills
