Job Responsibilities
 
Responsibilities may include a combination of the following: Hardware Development: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a hardware development function for electronic design, mechanical design and/or hardware reliability. Software Development: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a software development function for software systems, applications and/or software quality assurance. Systems Design: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of an integrated hardware/software systems design function.

•            Good leadership and influence management skills
•            Knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Equipment and Lab operation system.
•            Knowledge of Program/Project Management methodology
•            Good problem-solving skills
•            Science or engineering degree preferred

Minimum Qualifications
•            PhD with 5+ years process engineering experience in semiconductor capital equipment or 5+ managing engineering teams
•            Strong data analysis skills based on a variety of data sources
•            Excellent presentation and communication skills required
•            Strong influencing / negotiation skills
•            Good technical writing and documentation skills required.
•            Good project management skills required
