Minimum Pay starts at $14.77 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Unload donation and store trailers as they come into the dock, set up trailer as needed.
Separate clothing, shoes, miscellaneous and furniture from donation trailer and place into the appropriate melons and load trash into the trash compactors.
Unload night trailers and save good donations (hard goods, clothing and furniture) and set up as required.
Load and unload store merchandise trailer as scheduled for the day.
Push and/or pull blue tables from store into the back room according to rotation schedule.
Assist in setup of the auction and bulk area, also assist in disposing of unsold merchandise and trash.
Identifies sorted product from the floor rotation using a white ticket indicating the contents of the box. Notify management when full melon boxes are ready to ship.
Build and maintain effective quality working relationships with management, co-workers, customers and donors. Treats everyone with dignity and respect.
Immediately advises supervisor of significant and unexpected problems.
Safeguard all Goodwill property including donated goods. Reports any suspicious behavior, incidents of theft, or unauthorized possession/removal of Goodwill property.
Follows safety rules and regulations. Maintain a clean and orderly store for safety reasons and customer service.
Able to work flexible schedules, overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements: Lifting and Carrying objects weighing 30 pounds constantly, 40 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally to raise objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to- position requiring the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
