Job Description:

Your consultative approach allows you to facilitate and develop sustainable relationships and partnerships while navigating through complex business transactions to ensure our goals are aligned with the client’s goals, creating a win-win result. At the end of the day, you understand the client’s needs are number one and will adapt as needed to ensure you meet the client’s needs.

Primary Accountabilities:

Strategic (60%):


  • Owns the account as primary interface with Inmar


  • Drives relationship and builds penetration across key individuals at C-suite and executive level


  • Identifies opportunities and business issues to shape account strategy


  • Responsible for associate development and team management


  • Articulate vision for solution set that will meet client needs; coordinate Inmar resources to design and deliver


  • Drives overall account growth consistent with financial goals


  • Apply industry knowledge and expertise (programmatic digital media with particular focus on ad agencies)


Leadership (30%):


  • Educate new client team members on engagement history, impact stories, strategy, etc.


  • Maintain cadence of dialogue with account leadership regarding Inmar activities, impact on the business


  • Engage Leadership Sponsor as needed to accelerate account strategy


  • Ensure various client services teams servicing the account are communicating with each other​


Administrative (10%):


  • Maintain sales database for Customer & Prospect Opportunities


  • Completes reporting requests for Regional VP and/or Leadership Team Members and any other departments as needed


Required Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field


  • 10-15 years of selling experience within the ad tech industry specifically within agencies, with at least 5-7 years leading a sales team


  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time


  • Familiarity with the consultative sales approach


  • Proficient with Salesforce.com


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite


  • Proficient with Google Suite
