Your tasks
Responsible for the effective administration of a variety of Human Resource functions. This responsibility involves all functional duties such as recruiting and employment, workers' compensation, employee relations, safety, benefits, counseling, training, etc.
This employee exercises discretion and independent judgement in the performance of office or non-manual work directly related to management policies or to the general business operations of the Company or customers. As well as regularly and directly assist a proprietor, manager or exempt administrator or works under only general supervision while executing special assignments or performing specialized or technical work requiring special training, experience and/or knowledge. In addition, this position spends more than 50% of work time performing administrative duties.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
A hands-on and creative approach to understanding employee perspectives; the ability to monitor "the pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and shifting priorities
Ability to manage projects and lead programs from conception to completion with measurable results
Success in creating and driving effective employee relations and retention programs
Proven track record of building and managing strong collaborative relationships
Ability to work across all levels of the organization in both a local and multinational team environment
Strong personal computer and employee data management skills
Ability to manage employees located off-site and travel on occasion
Your profile
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, legal compliance, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion with a passion for human capital strategy
