U.S. Electrical Services, Inc./Electrical Wholesalers (EW) has an opportunity at our Middletown, CT location for a part-time Project Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with administrative and billing activities.


• Responsible for filing of project documents according to workflows.


• Assist in project submittals and in developing Operations Manuals.


• Assist in expediting to secure the quality and timely delivery of electrical products.


• Other administrative duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Entry-level, part-time position. Training provided.

Electrical Product Knowledge a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Must be able to communicate effectively.


• Must be able to work independently.


• Previous experience with Microsoft office suite, Office 365, and SharePoint.
