Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000
The Reliability & Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for leading the plant's maintenance crews. The incumbent is responsible for the execution of the plant's maintenance work and activities. Major areas of responsibility include:

The Reliability & Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for leading the plant's maintenance crews.

The incumbent is responsible for the execution of the plant's maintenance work and activities.

Accountable for ensuring compliance with all site maintenance shop policies and practices related to employees; maintaining effective control in resolving employee issues; coordinating and tracking teambuilding efforts.

Cooperate and coordinate with other department leaders to insure efficient and effective maintenance efforts. Maintain open communications channels.

Conduct routine safety and R&M activities including inspections, audits, visibility tours, and interact with employees and contractors

Manage and develop Reliability and Maintenance personnel by establish career goals, provide coaching, and measure performance.

Support the R&M group's culture change for continuous improvement in service and cost, change personnel assessment culture, introduce resource planning concept, identify, and eliminate non-value-added tasks.

Lead continuous improvement culture, including 5S, Lean, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and R&M practices. Manage Work Execution Management process with work identification, scheduling and assigning work, ensure proper documentation and closing out work orders.

Supports KPI reporting and communication with crew

Provide technical expertise to solve department problems.
