Job Description:

The Project Manager or Senior Project Manager at Intrinsic Imaging, a WCG Company, will be responsible to manage all aspects of imaging clinical trials including development of study specific documents and timelines and ensuring study activities occur on time. This is a team and client focused position.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications / Experience:


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience performing project management type duties within phases I-IV clinical trials is required

  • Prior experience in medical imaging within Phase I-IV clinical trials is preferred

  • Experience managing client expectations and presenting information to clients is preferred

  • Intermediate level of skill utilizing MS Excel is required

  • Must feel comfortable working in a manual environment

  • Familiarity with one of the therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular, Central Nervous System, Gastroenterology, Genitourinary, Musculoskeletal and Oncology, preferred.

  • Familiarity with one of the imaging modalities including Digital and Conventional Radiography, CT with special expertise in multislice imaging, MRI, MRA, DCMRI, Nuclear Medicine including: MUGA, SPECT, PET, PET-CT, Ultrasound including Echocardiography, DEXA and Minimally Invasive Image Guided Surgical Techniques, preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp a general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technology

Essential Duties / Requirements:



  • Responsible to manage all aspects of imaging clinical trials including development of study specific documents and timelines and ensuring study activities occur on time.

  • Exercise discretion and judgment to ensure professionally managed complex and high profile projects through the proper assessment and initiation, resource procurement and planning, project implementation, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, milestone planning and tracking.

  • Participate in significant client interaction with Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and CRO companies


  • Develop and maintain the study master files


  • Work directly with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, escalating issues, if needed.


  • Coordinate, schedule and participate in application and software training for users and radiologist

  • Plan and effectively manage medical imaging service projects according to Good Clinical Practices with good quality, on time and within budget.

  • Participate in portfolio management activities

  • Ensure project timelines and resource needs meet company expectations.

  • Adhere to the organization's standard operating procedures and policies, as well as applicable regulatory guidelines.
