Job Description Summary
The Director of Wrestling Operations will coordinate team travel and home competition arrangements within budget; assist with coordination of recruitment process and organizing visits; pre-meet event management and match-day operations; manage outreach efforts; coordinate student managers; work cooperatively with department offices including Compliance, Marketing, Ticket Office & Events Staff; Champions Club with alumni relations, serve as liaison to Parent Booster Club, assist Head Assistant Coach to manage equipment inventory, coordinate community service activities, and other duties as assigned.

Job Description


  • Coordinate team travel and home competition arrangements within budget (25%)

  • Assist with coordination of recruitment process and organizing visits (20%)

  • Coordinate student managers and their projects (15%)

  • Serve as liaison to Parent Booster Club (5%)

  • Assist Head Assistant Coach to manage equipment inventory (10%)

  • Coordinate community service activities (10%)

  • Coordinate marketing content calendar (15%)

  • Other duties as assigned (10%)


Previous experience in intercollegiate athletics and/or wrestling preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills required.
