The Digital Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for defining, gathering requirements, designing, and building moderately complex interactions on the Salesforce platform that are easy to use, compliant, secure, nimble and reliable. As a Digital Salesforce Solutions Architect, you are looking to grow your knowledge of integrations to and from the Salesforce platform, understands a complex data model, and is willing to take the next step from declarative object building via Process Builders and Flows to programmatic solutions through the use of Apex. You are a team player that has a passion to learn new skills and enjoys working with business leaders to help translate complicated requests into simple to understand requirements as part of an organization whose passion is to help communities grow and prosper though innovative banking solutions and community development initiatives.
Builds out Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts applying your understanding of the basic Salesforce Relationship Model
Imports data with tools such as Dataloader and DemandTools and supports daily and real-time data integrations on multiple platforms
Translate requirements into Solutions designed and built on Salesforce platform
Builds, creates, and sustains solutions that are compliant with all regulatory and audit requirements through the use of Agile methodology
Creates and documents user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements to clearly articulate the "why" (not just the "how") that will enable seamless, highly-performant digital products.
Works with product owners to create visuals and other documentation that transform a business case into easy-to-understand workflows and diagrams that clearly communicate how the solution works, impact to existing processes, and how First Financial associates and clients will be affected by new experiences
Ability to work independently or part of a collaborative team and has a passion for researching and learning to obtain new skills and solutions experience
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
Minimum 3 years designing and implementing Salesforce-enabled solutions on Lightning and/or related work experience with CRM platforms.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
Experience in application configuration
Experience in solution architecture across systems
Experience in iterative and/or agile and/or scrum development
Ability to clearly define and delegate tactics to a team and set accurate expectations with internal and external stakeholders
Highly developed listening skills required
Moderate experience with data transformation to meet business needs.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once with a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment
Strong verbal and communication skills with extensive experience working across multiple stakeholder groups including Marketing, Operations, Call Center, and Technology.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent banking work experience preferred
2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
