The WM Operations Specialist II is primarily responsible for providing operational support to co-workers, WM Administration and Investment staff regarding the following: detailed data entry processing and troubleshooting, communication of processing (via telephone and/or email to various departments and/or WM associates). Calculates/reconciles income received and fee's collected. Utilize online sites for research. Follows department workflows, procedures and works within deadlines. Assists with other duties as required.
Data Entry processing (detailed/specific transaction processing)
Prepares and/or validates internal general ledger tickets for processing
Prepares various reports for distribution
Identify and sorting of mail, reports, internal unprocessed transactions, reconcilement, and vault items.
Cross training on additional tasks.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
Requires minimum of 2 years in WM Operations Specialist I position.
Ability to backup additional positions within current setting.
Has received "Met Standards" or above on all performance evaluations.
Minimum of two (2) year college certificate in related field; or equivalent work experience in brokerage/trust/Wealth Mgmt
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, including Word and Excel.
Understanding of Accounting/Banking functions, general ledgers and reconcilements.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in various forms.
Well organized, detailed and able to adjust to varying volumes.
Excellent communication skills.
