Location: Manhattan, New York
Nonprofit organization in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to hire a Long Term Temporary Administrative Receptionist/Office Manager to start on Monday, July 19th. This role will probably go 2 - 3 months with potential for perm if there was a great fit. The candidate placed in this role will be required to be in the office daily so much feel comfortable with that. Day to day you will answer phones, assist with scheduling, order/stock office supplies, handle mail, and various ad hoc projects as needed. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, 1 + years of administrative experience, strong written/verbal communication skills, a flexible/can do attitude, MS Office skills. Hours are 9am - 5pm with a lunch break. Hourly rate is DOE.
