Private Equity firm based in Midtown Manhattan seeks to hire a Temp to Perm DE&I Training Coordinator. The position will start remotely with the expectation to return to onsite in September 2021. This role provides general administrative and project execution support for the Human Capital functions of Training and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), under the supervision of a Human Capital Generalist. You are responsible for all administrative and assistant duties related to training programs and DE&I efforts. At times, you may also be expected to participate in other areas of Human Capital and help out in other processes when needed, like recruiting. Our client is seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 2 + years of Executive Assistant or administration experience in a professional services environment. Candidates must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and collaborate with different teams across the firm globally. You must be a self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate has a strong affinity for technology and desires to learn new applications through their own self education. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility to work outside of these hours due to programming across time zones. Salary is dependent on experience.
