Position Summary:




The Manager of Media will create exceptionally relevant media experiences grounded in data-informed audience insights. This role will be maniacally focused on ensuring that our media investment is optimized to create maximum ROI building both brand equity and sales. The Manager of Media partners with our external media agency and with internal brand marketing, consumer insights and engagement teams providing strategic leadership to develop and bring our consumer connections plans to life. This role reports to the Director of Media and along with a peer Manager supports the entire media strategy across all our brands.




Ways You Will Make a Difference:




  • Partner with the Director of Media to ensure best in class media strategies and effective deployment of media investments to maximize ROI

  • Deploy a data driven media approach with relentless focus on finding and adopting new ways to use data in audience insights, activation and measurement that lead to better integrated customer journeys, stronger media plans and more relevant content creation

  • Collaborate with and influence internal partners in order to drive effective media strategy

  • Guide media agency in executing our strategies, pushing the boundaries and taking managed risks

  • Drive strategic alignment across communications strategies and campaigns with internal stakeholders and ensure additional marketing support is allocated where it will be most effective

  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in technology and media to bring forward innovative and creative solutions





Experiences That Will Support Your Success




  • Bachelor's degree required

  • >5 years of paid media experience including at least 2 years of experience leveraging paid media for consumer facing brands (internally or externally)

  • Experience measuring and evaluating the ROI of national and targeted paid media campaigns across channels

  • Experience planning and executing campaigns across all paid media channels - both traditional and emerging - particularly digital, programmatic, social, search, and content marketing

  • Experience working within a dynamic cross-functional team environment, navigating objectives to drive priority and deliver breakthrough results

  • Experience presenting and influencing internal partners in a global matrixed organization

  • Experience managing external agencies or partners, including the ability to delegate, prioritize and provide constructive feedback
